So whats your therapy…..
Sometimes we have so many things going on and we forget to take the time out to just breathe (inhale exhale) My way of relaxing and taking that time out is painting, it relaxes me and help me have a release. I encourage you to find your therapy whether its going to take a walk or turning off you phone for a bit just to be by yourself. Once you have done this you’ll realise how much better/relaxed you feel because you have taken that time out just for you. let me know in the comments what you during me time.
